HALLOWEN
In Amerika, the children play a special game at hallowen: “ Trick or treat”. They dress up as ghosts, witches,clowns or pirates and visit their neighbours. “Trick or treat !” they shout. The grown_ups must give thema treat, a piece of fruit, sweets or chocolate. When there is no treat the children play a trick. Thaey throw rubbish into the garden or let the air out of car tyres. Sometimes they come back a little later, knock on the door again and run away. It’s all good fun, and the evening ends with parties for children and grow-ups togheter.

ALEXANDERGRAHAM BELL
The telephone was invented in 1876 by Alexander Graham Bell. Bell invented the telephone while he was working on a telegraph set. We was not attemping to transmintspeech,although he had already formed the idea of electrical speaking device. He was trying to send several telegraph messages overa single wire at the same time by giving each message a distinct musical pitch. He was experimenting with what is called a harmonic telegraph set.
ALFRED BERNHAND NOBEL
Alfred Bernhand Nobel is noted as the founder of the nobel prizes. He invented dynamite and other powerful explosives.
Nobel was born on October 21,1983, in Stockholm, Sweden. His father is an inventor and engineer. Alfredreceived schooling in Rusia and spent two years studying in Franceand the United States Later in Sweden, he began to experiment with explosives.
Nobel’s business affair brought him into public eye, buthe is a quiet man. He never married and he did not settle long in one place. Only during the last years his life he had a home in his navite Sweden. In his will, Nobel left $9.200.00 to set up afund for the nobel prizes.
